Weekly Grocery List !

           
           I get alot of requests for my grocery list, so I decided to post some of the food items I get on a weekly basis and maybe you can use this next time you go grocery shopping ! 

  1. Fat free Chicken breast (skinless)
  2. 97-99% Ground turkey and Turkey breast chops
  3. Can of Tuna in water
  4. Talapia
  5. Shrimp
  6. 2.5 dozen Eggs (sometimes I’ll be the 5 dozen and won’t have to buy eggs every week)
  7. Half a gallon of unsweetened Almond milk
  8. Romaine Lettuce
  9. Tomatoes
  10. Spinach
  11. Green Beans
  12. Broccoli
  13. Reduced Sugar Ketchup
  14. Honey mustard (actual mustard, NOT the dressing!)
  15. Bag of Brown rice (not something I buy weekly but it’s a main component)
  16. Sweet potatoes
  17. Bottles of water
  18. Crystal lite powders
  19. Tea
  20. Gallon of Diet Iced Tea (already made)
  21. Flax Oat Bran Whole Wheat Lavash Bread (looks like a wrap)
  22. Whole Wheat Bread
  23. Peanut Butter (Simply Jif)

          Now this isn’t what I buy EVERY week, but it’s a list of most of the things my diet consists of. Hope this helps!
