I get alot of requests for my grocery list, so I decided to post some of the food items I get on a weekly basis and maybe you can use this next time you go grocery shopping !
- Fat free Chicken breast (skinless)
- 97-99% Ground turkey and Turkey breast chops
- Can of Tuna in water
- Talapia
- Shrimp
- 2.5 dozen Eggs (sometimes I’ll be the 5 dozen and won’t have to buy eggs every week)
- Half a gallon of unsweetened Almond milk
- Romaine Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Spinach
- Green Beans
- Broccoli
- Reduced Sugar Ketchup
- Honey mustard (actual mustard, NOT the dressing!)
- Bag of Brown rice (not something I buy weekly but it’s a main component)
- Sweet potatoes
- Bottles of water
- Crystal lite powders
- Tea
- Gallon of Diet Iced Tea (already made)
- Flax Oat Bran Whole Wheat Lavash Bread (looks like a wrap)
- Whole Wheat Bread
- Peanut Butter (Simply Jif)
Now this isn’t what I buy EVERY week, but it’s a list of most of the things my diet consists of. Hope this helps!
