Not everyone is as “perfect” as you come off to be. You might see the hard work it takes to be you, and you might see the steps to get there but, unfortunately, not everyone can see the way. While you might think you’re helping, some people might think you come off as over bearing or judgmental. Remember, you might be able to take the appropriate measures to makes sure you are on the right path, but you can’t control what others do. Sometimes, you’ve got to just keep it to yourself. The only way to lead is by example, that’s the best you can do. Take it with a grain of salt; you’ll be loved and hated for how “perfect” you are and the “advice” you try to give.
