Whipped up this one-pan 🥘 meal for lunch tomorrow filled with quinoa, kale, peppers, chickpeas, and grass-fed beef. True story: I cannot eat quinoa plain (just because I don’t like the taste 😂) so I opt for meals that use it mixed in with other ingredients!
Did you know quinoa is rich in iron, magnesium, and fiber? What’s the goodness done to your body by adding quinoa to your diet?…
💪🏾 Iron helps our muscles store + use oxygen, & helps with fatigue
💪🏾 Magnesium helps keep blood pressure levels normal +bones strong
💪🏾 Fiber helps lower cholesterol levels + normalize the gurgling in your stomach aka bad digestion
So basically I’ll be eating a bowl of energy, + health with a happy tummy 😁
What’s your favorite way to eat quinoa?
