Because it was my first time in California, I need to have some Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles in Long Beach, CA. My vacation breakfast is always at brunch, and chicken & waffles, in my opinion, is the perfect brunch meal. There isn’t much parking at this place, but there is plenty love. There are these guys outside who guide you in and out of parking spots for a smile and preferably a tip. I think they pretty much have the same menu at every location which makes it reliably tasty and affordable. Everything was crispy like I like it (I hate soggy waffles and… it’s chicken…). The syrup was warmed without me even asking 🙂
I love it. And I need more.
