I enjoy the Kanye speeches/rants/tirades or whatever we want to call them. I find it interesting that someone like Kanye can say whatever he wants with a beat playing behind him, but no one wants to hear him speak. I think that Kanye realizes how loud his microphone is. As “crazy” as Kanye is… everyone listens when he talks. “I’m putting my career, my life, my public well standing at risk when I talk to y’all like this. This a moment in the Matrix, bro. The vibes is back,” he explains. “Feelings matter,” he continues… and this is really all Kanye’s feelings. The issue is that when we have feelings of our own, we sometimes forget the feelings of others. At the mention of Jay-Z, you hear the first loud boo (from this side) of the crowd; I probably would have boo’d at the time too. “Shut the fuck up”s ensue… I don’t think it’s right to go to a person’s concert and tell him to shut up. “I ain’t here to massage you with a fake truth,” Kanye says. So… if you don’t agree, you always have the option to walk up out that arena. He has the choice what to do with that mic they give him. The most fucked up part about making yourself an entertainer tho, is that now you are obligated to be entertaining. People want to put you in a box as if you are a CD. But, Kanye was wrong in that he ended the concert early… he practically tricked people into coming to hear his political platform (literally swinging on a platform) thinking they were going to a concert
Still, there are cheers in the background, so we can’t call him crazy without also locking up the people who agree with him. No matter what you feel, there are those who agree and those who don’t. We forget that Hitler had his own believers. I agree with somethings Yeezy said, and I don’t agree with others — but that’s how I feel about people. The Dogg Father, Snoop Dogg, had feeling of his own to help lighten the mood tho. lol
